We slept in and were awoken by the sun shining in through the window. We ate fresh friuts abd french toast for breakfast at the boat, then went over to the shop for an early celebration before dinner.
There we had tres leches cake and a coke to wash it down.
After that we headed up to Jessica's family farm just outside the village up a steep hill which might be a mayan temple. From there we could see everything! What a view! She showed us a view of the river and beyond it we could see Mexico! From the other side we could see the village and beyond that Orange Walk. Her father raises beautiful cattle up here. B fell in love. Its like our house, but in Belize on a hill. Just stunning.
Afterwards we were expected at a frind of Rod's house for dinner but when we arrived K and I felt pretty sick. We went home straight away. We must've picked up the stomach virus that has been going around. Bummer.
Brendan ate Relleno and socialized.
