Today we left Chetumal with two beautiful hammocks we bought. My plan is to put them up at home, turn the heat up to 80°, and cover the window with a picture of Belize. ;) sob. Back to the snowy midwest! I can't believe it.
Today was a loooong day of bus travel, luckily on ADO first class with movies, but still long. We made it to Cancun and went straight to the local eatery for shrimp soup, snapper stew, fried fish, and calamari diablo.
Then back to the hotel to dip our toesies in the pool. And evidence of tans against a white backdrop. Lovely.
To bed, to bed. Two more days of sun left.
